How long will it take for my order to ship?

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

What is your return policy?

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase. We aim to provide each customer with 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return the product to us undamaged within 30 days and email tracking information to wilford@dopeartplug.com. We will refund you as soon as the returned product is received and reviewed.

NOTE: Pre-paid shipping is not provided for returns. You must pay for the cost of shipping for any returned products.

Replacements:

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect size, please let us know by emailing us at wilford@dopeartplug.com with pictures of the product you received. We will begin processing your replacement immediately at no cost to you.
